cabbage seems to be a staple in the produce box, and although i like it, i don't cook that often with it. this week, cooked it with some pasta and seared shrimp in a beurre blanc, which was more like a browned butter sauce since i included some of the fond from the shrimp. it turned out quite fantastic, but i need to go on a diet after this or at least cook more healthy.
